Recommend it for solo travelers looking for a great stay

The breakfast was solid, just the right amount to kickstart a day full of activities. I liked how the landlady went the extra mile, even offered a drink when she found out it was my birthday, felt good to be acknowledged.

It wasn’t inexpensive but given the stay it was still worth it.

I enjoyed my stay in a Standard Double Room that was clean and had a comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, especially the freshly made eggs, although the options were somewhat limited. The location was excellent for exploring the area, but I did experience some noise disturbances that affected my sleep.

Alison's thoughtful gesture of bringing me a drink for my birthday made my stay special. The poached eggs at breakfast were perfectly cooked every morning, setting a lovely tone for the day.

Oh mate, the eats around here are a treasure! Just a stone's throw away, you’ve got Sam's Fish and Chips for that crispy goodness, and Al-Amir serving up spicy Indian delights. Plus, the bar at Rest And Welcome is a right cozy spot, perfect for a cheeky drink after a day out!

The door could squeak a bit and the floorboards creaked like an old pirate ship, but honestly, it just added to the charm. Everything else shined brighter than Blackpool illuminations!

We stayed for 2 nights and found the place accommodating for our large family. The room was spacious and clean, making it easy for us to care for our two small children. The bar offered a nice selection and was great for unwinding after a busy day.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available. A play area would have made this stay even better for families traveling with small children.

Friendly hosts provided excellent poached eggs for breakfast. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Excellent location near transport and attractions. Quiet atmosphere with a nice bar area. a delightful experience.

Breakfast was delicious, with freshly cooked poached eggs. Location was perfect, close to the station and local spots. They have a great bar too!
